Ms. Pearline brings over 12 years of invaluable experience to our team, having dedicated her career to teaching in prestigious international schools. As a seasoned Primary Teacher with a strong background in leadership management within educational institutions, she possesses a profound understanding of the dynamics of modern education. Ms. Pearline holds a Bachelor of Honours in Education from the University of Roehampton, UK, and a PGCE from the University of Nottingham, UK. Her professional journey has taken her across continents, with enriching teaching experiences in Malaysia and Egypt.

Beyond her classroom responsibilities, Ms. Pearline is a passionate advocate for parental involvement in education. She regularly conducts workshops for parents within school settings and has presented workshops and training sessions for educators both locally and internationally. Some of the workshops she has facilitated include presentations at the International Curriculum Conference in Ho Chi Minh on “Research in Primary Education” and “Taking Learning Beyond the Classroom,” as well as at Renaissance, a global assessment, reading, and mathematics solutions organisation, where she led a workshop titled “7 Ways to Incorporate Inquiry-Based Pedagogy in Your Lessons.” Additionally, Ms. Pearline contributes to the field through her blog posts for the International Curriculum Association, sharing insights and perspectives on educational practices and innovations.

With firsthand experience as both a parent and an educator, Ms. Pearline deeply empathises with the challenges faced by families navigating the educational landscape. She firmly believes that success in a child’s education is not solely dependent on the school environment but is rather a collaborative effort involving teachers, parents and students.

Ms. Pearline’s dedication to providing unbiased guidance stems from her recognition of the limited resources available to parents seeking support in their child’s educational journey.
